Usually love their doughnuts, but last time there, asked for French creme filled long johns, but was given custard filled instead. Was able to take them back and exchange them.

I really miss the old owners I have for some time now. What happened to this place. Before it was if I came past 4:30 I wasn't allowed to use my credit card so I had to leave. Now today a kid who can't be no older than 9 or 10 is taking our order. Paper sign saying that they're open which before when I came in the paper signs were on and I couldn't get in because the door was locked and some guy eating a fruit basically waved me away like go away. It does not hit the same. It does not taste the same. It is not the same feel that it used to be. These new owners buying old school things just want money. Nothing is traditional anymore!!!

I make donuts for work and the fritter has no apples in it and is burnt to point can’t even eat and if ordering for delivery places are supposed to call about substituting no call now 3 of the kids have nothing and I have to go to store and buy more donuts should of just went to shnucks to begin with 40$ and have to go spend more because only thing refunded were my donuts which they ordered separately of the dozen and the fritter so 30$ still and only 6 are going to get ate rest getting tossed and had to go buy what they will eat instead of making a phone call and it’s bad when a gas station if someone orders one we don’t have made we have to go make it and y’all don’t

Stopped in to get a delicious doughnut for lunch as. I pulled in aworker was taken out the trash, smoking and spitting. I was hoping she wasn’t the one to get my donuts, but she was. She threw her cigarette and ran inside. She put her stuff down and without washing her hands or doing anything and attempted to complete my order barehanded. I couldn’t do it and just left. If she was willing to manhandle with dirty hands in front of a customer, I can’t imagine what their food prep is like… Pretty gross

Stopped in to grab some donuts and it was the best decision of the day. We got a box of 12 (very well priced) as well as a bag of donut holes. All of the donuts tasted so freaking good, and I honestly wish we had bought more. If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and check Doughboys hour!
